If you would like to become a member of Emmy Monash Aged Care Inc. and The Mutual Help Limited, the Rules of Association and the Constitution respectively requires that you submit a completed membership application form which must be signed by a nominee who is currently a member and this form will then be submitted to our Board of Directors for its consideration.

Upon approval by the Board, you will be promptly notified to pay your membership fee ($36.00).

Please note that membership is paid per calendar year and is valid from 1 January until 31 December each year.

Upon receipt of the fees payable, your name will be entered in the Register of Members and this will give you the right to vote at our Annual General Meeting.

Should you prefer to become a member from 1 January 2021, please indicate this on the application form.
