Once a year we host a staff awards event where staff can be nominated for an award across four different categories. The nominations are received from residents, families, other staff and the Executive Team.
At the awards ceremony years of service are also recognised with trophies given to all those who have reached significant milestones. In addition to this event we also hold a wellbeing week in July for all staff and an end-of-year staff event in December.
