We were grateful to have snuck in a Safta program visit – just one day before Melbourne entered lockdown on 28 May. This ensured that Safta Lesley, Irene and Esther could meet the kinder children and teaching staff from Gandel Besen House in person, before seamlessly transitioning the program online during lockdown. Last week to the delight of our Saftas, we reconnected virtually with the children.
