The Rosh Hashana themed Bridging the Gap session with Mount Scopus Year 9 students this month saw residents and students make honey cakes together. The laughter and chatter was heard throughout the hallways at Emmy as they mixed the ingredients together. While the cakes were baking, students and residents made their way outdoors to enjoy the sunshine.  The residents enjoyed listening to the students blow the shofar and play guitar. A spontaneous sing-a-long took place and seeing residents clap and tap their feet away was delightful.
